Our Vision
Our vision at StedeFast Ltd is to provide fully refurbished homes finished to a high standard and ready to be lived in. Our passion lies in taking homes that need some love and giving them a new lease of life, ready to become a forever home.
We also aim to provide rental accommodation at competitive prices to those not yet in a position to purchase their own homes. We will create a living space that is finished to a high standard; a place that brings comfort and peace to those who reside in it until they are in a position to buy their own homes.
The background
StedeFast Ltd was founded by Steve and Dede Thorpe in 2024. Their vision was born out of a desire to gain financial independence.
Their quest for new streams of income led them to property where, with the right professional guidance and support, they found they not only had an affinity for generating wealth through property, but they also developed a passion for providing affordable homes finished to a high standard. Now they are harnessing the power of property to leave a legacy for their children as well as create legacies for their investors through StedeFast Ltd.
